There is a planned system outage happening this weekend starting on Saturday, September 14th from 9:00PM EDT to Sunday, September 15th 10:00AM EDT.

It will have the following impact on these systems and you will get error messages when trying to access:

•fastACT and Activation Lounge
•Bell Mobility, Virgin Plus, and Lucky Mobile billing systems

Important! Port-in transactions will be impacted starting from Saturday, September 14, at 7:20 p.m. (EDT). They will be queued and processed once systems are back up and running.

Reminder: Clear cache and browsing Data on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

Bell recommends that you clear your browser cache cookies, history, temporary internet files, and other data from Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge after the system release.You may have trouble with your display after the release if you do not complete these steps.
