Investigating -
RQ is reporting multiple errors have been seen by those using the software. Users may not be able to login or complete transactions/payments.
Affected modules include Logins, Transactions, Carrier Integration , Payments and general navigation. Thank you for your patience while we work with IQ to solve this issue.

IQ has identified the issue. They are working towards implementation of a resolution and are seeing improvements.

Investigating -
IQ is currently investigating an issue that causes login and transaction errors. The issue is also causing slowdown ( latency ) within the application if you are able to get in.
This affects logins, transactions, integration and payments.

IQ has confirmed the fix worked and integration failures have stopped. Service levels are back to normal.

IQ has identified an issue with carrier integration which could result in slower transactions. They have already implemented a fix and are monitoring.
This is NOT an outage, but users may see that integration transaction may be a bit slower.
